My name is Lakshay Behl. I am (or rather hopefully was) an engineering student and I am now working full time on my online marketing business. I have done quite a lot of extensive research on attracting big numbers of traffic to my websites and personal branding on the Internet. I always attribute my success to list building and relationship building ie building a relationship with my list.
I was born in a family which was a well-to-do middle class family a few months prior to my birth. But just before my birth, my parents ran into deep legal trouble and so naturally, my birth did not come as a very smooth experience for my mother.
They (my parents, or rather than saying they, I should say we) all of a sudden were bankrupt. My father lost all of his sources of income and also exhausted all his savings in dealing with the lawsuits. The only source of income that remained was my mother’s job which paid out a measly salary.
And she is an extraordinarily brave and resilient woman…enough to raise me (and my younger brother, Sarthak Behl…now ten years old). She worked really hard and faced many hardships to get me to school. She worked hard on her job… did a little bit of salesmanship to supplement her income… and worked really hard on my studies.
And thanks to her efforts, I am extraordinarily intelligent in Mathematics and Physics. And that is why I secured admission in the best engineering college in India ie IIT (The Indian Institute of Technology) in my very first attempt. I also started teaching Physics to a group of very intelligent high school students…for two reasons … I like teaching what I know… and I needed a part time income… This was two years back. Since then, I had been teaching Physics since last month ie May 2008. I need to confess here…thanks to the owners of institute where I taught which by the way is the same place where I was a student 4 years back, I was able to earn a very decent income. Actually which was twice the income that my mother earned. So obviously our financial condition became better. My confidence really grew exponentially.
I had always dreamed as a child to be a very rich man one day. I was a shy and under confident kid at school. But back ion my mind I had this feeling that I would really become a super confident individual one day and then move on to become a superstar of the business world.
But then, I started realizing that the time had come…That there is more to life than just an engineer’s degree and another a-little-above-average-job which I would get after having graduated from the college. And this is it… I need to place myself firmly into the corporate world. And that is when I entered the Internet Marketing business.
Now actually this is not exactly my entry point into Internet Marketing. I have been in Internet Marketing for over two years now. I have put all the details of my internet Marketing Career at MY IM Career Page.
My main ambition for short term future is to go to the US with my family and settle over there by the end of August 2009. And I am actually earning a good income now from this online business which is growing at a very high rate.
And now I am giving out a lot of free Internet Marketing information for all the people out there who are struggling with their Internet Marketing business. This blog is the best source of information about all that I have learned.
I also plan on giving away free ebooks time to time to help other internet marketers with their greatest worries like traffic, content creation, personal branding and relationship building.

Time is valuable…use 20 % time for learning, 20 for teaching, 40 for practicing, and 20 for rest and recreation.
