Okay gang!
I cough it up. For the past few weeks I have been fairly lazy. Not been posting on the blog… not sending emails to you guys, not doing anything much related to Internet Marketing, in fact nothing at all. Excfept building a small tiny list of a few thousand subscribers. Now, for many people that’s not vene the dust-off of their list. Many people have hundreds of thousands of customers-not just subscribers on their lists.
But there is a reason for most of the stuff I do (or do not do). And here’s why I have been so passive in the IM community. I have been secretly working on many smaller niches. And I had once made a resolution sometime back that I would make a million dollars in cash on the internet by selling info products to other smaller niches which have nothing to do with IM before I do anything in the IM niche at all. And right now, I am pretty darned close. I have made six different websites in six different niches using six different aliases (Why I use pen-names is another topic for discussion later on) on over 30 different domains. These include blogs, vlogs, sales sites, homepages and squeeze pages. And my goal is to create an income systrem that not only makes a million dollars once, but keeps making almost a similar amount of money over and over again- On complete autopilot. So that I can go back to the party (Yippee..)
By the way, you should probably know that I hate the word retirement, and here’s why.
I think I will achieve my goal of six figures a month on autopilot (which is OVER a million dollars every year on autopilot) by the end of June-give or take. Currently, therse websites are producing over 10K visitors everyday- not a lot, but quite a lot for making some cool money with. And I believe this will be done in just these six niches I have initiated. The backbone strategy is to build a list free of cost and fast.
Here are some of the BOOSTERS I will be incorporating:-
Viral Content Production Leverage: Content production on steroids.
On the internet, content is EVERYTHING. The marketer will the best content and the maximum content DISTRIBUTION will make most money. I know there is a big misconception in people’s minds- They are constantly thinking about producing more and mroe content even if it is not high quality content.
You see the small guy way to do things is to create content and distribute it on the internet MANUALLY. You can write 5 articles every day which will be seen by just 25 people- Someone else can write one JAM PACKED video which will be seen by 20,000 people. Guess who will be the winner?
I KNOW people think this way- that’s the mindset. Well, if that really is your mindset then you really are not familiar with the internet. The internet allows you to put content creation on steroids. Its simple- Create a piece of content. Like a blog post or a PDF or a video or a podcast or a live show or a teleseminar or a webinar. Post it somewhere anyone can see it provided they post join your list. And have incentives for them if they post more content as a reply to your content.
This incentive could be anything- Cash, Gift Certificates, Adwords promo codes, OR MORE IMPORTANTLY one of your own digital products. Now I don’t expect you to give away a $500 course to everyone that posts a comment on your blog, but I do expect you to do this:
1. Create some useful content
2. Then towards the end of your presentation, ask a CREATIVE question related to the sub-topic. Let them know that you will be selecting the comment you like the best every week, or every day or every ten days (It depends upon how much traffic you are getting- Ideally you will find something new in some of their replies that you feel is a good tactic or a new strategy that can help YOU- you reward this person. the more immidiate the reward, the more the response rate) and rewarding them be giving full access to you XXX.
3. Find a way to drive lots of cheap traffic to your site. Videos work for you? Do 4 videos a day instead of just 2 that you normally do. Or find a way to cheaply automate the video generation process.
What heppens next is this- They come over, subscribe, get to your blog, find value in your content. By the time they reach the end of your initiation content, they are already thinking that this guy produces great content, so I should probably check out some of his products out and BAM- you tell them they can have your BEST product for free… they are all over the place wanting to post content on your blog.
And this is the content that you didn’t have to lift a finger for getting created, and its all unique to your blog. Guess what? You reward only some of them people- whose content you find the best and the most intersting.
Through this strategy, I was just trying to get you to think about some out-of the box marketing ideas for content creation, which I am sure you have now. Actually, it will be intersting to see how this works. So if you do something like this on your blog, and get this kind of viral content creation into motion, do let me know.
Now continuing with my self-propagation agenda here… I will soon be doing a seminar in Austin, Texas for you guys. Basically you will walk in with your laptops on a Friday a newbie with some marketing info, and on Monday evening you will walk out with automatic list building on steroids.
My list building on steroids mechanism is this- Building a list of subscribers and customer rapidly, and for free.
Currently I drive over 300 opt-ins a day to all my lists combined. And while this does require me to spend some money on advertising, I make that money back almost immidiately. Its pretty much like I spend 500 dollars every morning, and in the evening I get back 600 to 700 dollars PLUS 300 subscribers PLUS 20 customers on my lists. On complete autpilot.
I know people spending as much as $300 a day everyday to acquire a subscriber on their lists who go on to make back their investment after a month- AFTER A MONTH after the subsciber opts-in.
Now that’s just an example and of course you can do much more than just 300 subscribers a day with $500 a day budget (Which also happens to be $1000 monthly. yes, $1K monthly. And my Math is not too bad! I will show you how that is done in a few days on this blog).

If you think you are doing ONLY the creative work and nothing redundant, then forget that. Because you are making a big mistake… As an IM’er I am sure that most IM’ers are doing so many redundant and boring and repetetive tasks that their lifestyle is nowhere close to the 4 hour workweek.

You got to listen to Allen Says, one of the very few people online whom I really respect from the core of my heart as TRUE business people, says…
“Your Customers will Pay You Ten Times More For You to do it for Them Than Teaching Them How To Do It Themselves”
Makes so much sense. Especially in this age of burgers and pizzas where people are living without Gourmet meals, they want instant solutions.
And this is a tip that my coach Michael Cheney (and myself too) has taken so very well… This single thing showed him a MILLION DOLLAR WEEK this October. {Although I am not sure where he got the idea from}
(Yes, I am talking about the Golden Thread)
Its a push button system with three ready made products, ready made sales videos, ready made sales templates etc. Michael made it absolutely push button and charged $2000 the rights to sell it.
APPARENTLY 500 PLUS customers didn’t mind paying that much.
Another gem from Allen comes to my mind (This is something Michael trained me on very well)…
“How To Double The Impact AND The Sales Of Your Book!” Call it a system and NAME that system…
And that is what brings a fresh breeze to this monotonous world of cash and numbers. Look at Michael Green’s Grow Your Own Money Tree in 30 Days or It’s Your Money Back and You Keep 101 Products Anyway! and you will know what I am talking about.
Create PUSH Button products, Find a USP, call them a system and sell them for a premium price.
You will love the results.
Here’s an example… Instead of teaching people how to create their own info product and sales page themselves, create an info product for them. Create a sales page for them. Write the auto responder sequence for their prospects. Get the graphics created and web design done yourself for the product.
And then sell the resell rights to the product. Allow them to modify the content as they want… Give them the PSD’s so that they can even change the name of the product own their own.
And then write an ebook about how they can rebrand the product as their own and sell it. That would be like you selling them an instant turnkey solution “As Allen Says”.
Now… there are two options…
1. Sell it to as many people as you can find. Keep the price ridiculously low. The percieved value of the product and rights would be low. The market would saturate instantly. You will make very little money in the long run as your customers will not trust your products in future. You won’t be able to handle the customer support and the refund requests will go through the roof.
2. Make it very LIMITED. Sell it to a hundred or a max. of 200 people for $397-$497 each. They will line up for buying it once you have built a reputation as a seller of instant turnkey solutions that work like crazy. (Maybe with your second offer if not the first one). Provide them personal support. You will make easy $40,000 or more every time.
Choice is yours, but is obvious.
I am myself doing something similar and post the results in a couple of months. My first offer sold like onion choppers (Whatever onion choppers sell like) and I will be mdoing more of these in the coming months.

P.S. I am sorry I gave you a million dollar plan here. But its OK as most will NOT take action. It is a lot of work… right? Why would you (No one specifically targeted here) work so hard? Even if it is a question of making $40,000 multiple times a year.

Six figures… Not yet there, so I can’t say anything for you.
In the end I just want to say that I will try to participate and give back to this community as much as I can.. But I am sure that would really be little.

You know article marketing takes time or money (I prefer to give my money to make money faster.) Have you tried everything there is to AM?
I am sure you have not.
If you want instant results, fork out a quick 300 bucks and have 20 quality articles created for you. In IM niche, my outsourced articles bring in 50 unique visitors each in their first month… So that would be 1000 unbqiue visitors… I foyu have a $100 offer that converts at 1%, you have made $1000 with that traffic in the first month.
Reinvest $750 and get 50 articles in your next month to generate $2500 in sales/profits. And so on. That’s the fastest way to grow your Article Marketing empire.
But if you do not have money, you might need to consider some good article writing WSO’s or courses by other experts and with trial and practice you can starft writing the right articles too… Just that it will take time.
